A 38mm case, which is the size watches were before everyone decided a wrist was a billboard. It sits under a shirt cuff and it wears smaller than the number suggests because the lugs are short.
The movement is a 24-jewel automatic with a 41-hour reserve, visible through a sapphire caseback. It runs a few seconds fast a day. That is what mechanical means, and it is regulated rather than perfect.
