Thirty days, free, any reason, as long as it is unworn and in its original packaging. We email a prepaid label; refunds land 3–5 working days after the parcel reaches the warehouse.
Two years against manufacturing defects, covering materials and workmanship. Pack hardware — buckles, zips and clasps — is covered for life. Wear from normal use is not a defect.
The upper is knitted as a single piece, so there are no overlays to rub and nothing to delaminate. Sizing runs half a size small because knit does not stretch the way mesh does.
An 8mm drop and a firm midsole — this is a road shoe for steady miles, not a max-cushion marshmallow.
