Thirty days, free, any reason, as long as it is unworn and in its original packaging. We email a prepaid label; refunds land 3–5 working days after the parcel reaches the warehouse.
Two years against manufacturing defects, covering materials and workmanship. Pack hardware — buckles, zips and clasps — is covered for life. Wear from normal use is not a defect.
A court shoe in full-grain leather that creases rather than cracks. It is unlined, so it takes the shape of your foot inside a fortnight instead of fighting it for a month.
Cemented sole, but the construction leaves enough of a lip that a cobbler can resole it. Most sneakers at this price cannot be, which is why they become landfill in two years.
