Thirty days, free, any reason, as long as it is unworn and in its original packaging. We email a prepaid label; refunds land 3–5 working days after the parcel reaches the warehouse.
Two years against manufacturing defects, covering materials and workmanship. Pack hardware — buckles, zips and clasps — is covered for life. Wear from normal use is not a defect.
Grab the handles and it is a tote; pull the straps out of their back pocket and it is a backpack. The conversion takes about three seconds and does not involve clipping anything.
There is one internal pocket and no organiser panel. If you want fourteen slots for cables, this is the wrong bag.
