Thirty days, free, any reason, as long as it is unworn and in its original packaging. We email a prepaid label; refunds land 3–5 working days after the parcel reaches the warehouse.
Two years against manufacturing defects, covering materials and workmanship. Pack hardware — buckles, zips and clasps — is covered for life. Wear from normal use is not a defect.
It opens flat like a suitcase, so you pack it on a bed rather than shovelling things down a tube. The laptop sleeve is suspended — it does not touch the bottom of the bag, so setting the pack down does not put your machine on the floor.
Twenty-two litres is the largest bag that still counts as a personal item on most carriers. That is not a coincidence.
