Thirty days, free, any reason, as long as it is unworn and in its original packaging. We email a prepaid label; refunds land 3–5 working days after the parcel reaches the warehouse.
Two years against manufacturing defects, covering materials and workmanship. Pack hardware — buckles, zips and clasps — is covered for life. Wear from normal use is not a defect.
Thirty litres with a real harness — load lifters, a framesheet, and a hip belt that carries weight on your hips rather than hanging off your shoulders. At this volume that stops being a nice extra.
It is a three-night bag. Pack cubes, a laptop and boots all fit, and the compression straps pull it down to something that does not look absurd when it is half full.
