Thirty days, free, any reason, as long as it is unworn and in its original packaging. We email a prepaid label; refunds land 3–5 working days after the parcel reaches the warehouse.
Two years against manufacturing defects, covering materials and workmanship. Pack hardware — buckles, zips and clasps — is covered for life. Wear from normal use is not a defect.
A rolltop closure means the bag is 18 litres on a normal day and 26 when you are carrying gym kit, without ever looking half empty.
The main fabric is a waxed cotton-nylon blend that stiffens in cold and softens in the hand over a year. It is water-resistant, not waterproof — a rolltop with three folds gets close, but the seams are not taped.
